This case study highlights the successful management of a 22-year-old female with trichotillomania (TTM) using an integrated approach combining Growth Factor Concentrate (GFC) therapy, Ayurvedic medications, counselling, and yogic practices over five months. The treatment led to dermatological improvements such as increased anagen hairs and improved scalp density, while psychological interventions reduced hair-pulling urges and enhanced emotional regulation. The study concludes that a multidisciplinary approach addressing both dermatological and psychological aspects is crucial for sustained improvement in TTM, with no adverse effects reported during the treatment.
