The majority of respondents (84.3%) identified malnutrition as the primary cause of IDA, and many recognized symptoms such as weakness (52.9%), cold hands and feet (55.5%), and hair loss (62.1%). Participants also identified fruits, vegetables, and meat as major iron sources.
