Keunggulan Wound Dressing Berbahan Aktif Alginat-Chitosan-Fucoidan dalam Mempercepat Proses Penyembuhan Luka

The study reviewed the effectiveness of Alginate-Chitosan-Fucoidan (ACF) sponges as wound dressings, highlighting their ability to accelerate wound healing. The systematic literature review analyzed 21 articles published between 2000 and 2019. The findings indicated that ACF sponges offered significant advantages due to their excellent hemostatic and antibacterial properties, as well as their superior elasticity. These characteristics made ACF sponges a promising alternative for wound dressing applications.
