The study included 40 adult males who were randomly assigned to two groups. Group A received PRP administration and oral biotin tablets, while Group B received only oral biotin tablets. The results showed that individuals in Group A had a statistically significant increase in hair regrowth at 6, 9, and 12 months compared to Group B. The study concluded that intradermal PRP administration along with oral biotin supplementation is a safe and effective treatment for AA in adult males.
