    This document is a summary of a clinical trial that evaluated the effectiveness of intradermal platelet-rich plasma (PRP) administration along with oral biotin supplement for the management of androgenetic alopecia (AA) in adult males. The study included 40 adult males who were randomly assigned to two groups. Group A received PRP administration and oral biotin tablets, while Group B received only oral biotin tablets. The results showed that individuals in Group A had a statistically significant increase in hair regrowth at 6, 9, and 12 months compared to Group B. The study concluded that intradermal PRP administration along with oral biotin supplementation is a safe and effective treatment for AA in adult males.
