    The foam base Espumil expanded the possibilities for the extemporaneous preparation of medications in pharmacies, particularly in dermatology. It was used with active ingredients such as dexamethasone, ichthamol, miconazole, chlorhexidine, and minoxidil. These foam preparations were suitable for application on hair and hairy areas.
