TLDR 3% hydrogen peroxide does not reduce hair graft survival compared to saline.
The study investigated the effect of 3% hydrogen peroxide on hair graft survival in five male Korean patients with male pattern alopecia. Two scalp templates were created for each patient, with one treated with saline and the other with hydrogen peroxide. The survival rates of the grafts were assessed at 3 and 10 months post-transplantation. The results indicated no significant difference in graft survival between the two treatments. Although the study's small sample size limits the conclusiveness of the findings, it suggests that 3% hydrogen peroxide does not negatively impact hair graft survival when compared to normal saline. Further research with more participants is recommended to validate these results.

Bee venom at 0.001% concentration was more effective than 2% minoxidil in promoting hair growth in mice, possibly due to increased growth factors and reduced inflammation. Caution is advised due to potential allergic reactions and the reliance on animal data.

Another user suggests microneedling can help with topical treatments but doesn't see it as a major factor in improving hair loss.
