A 7-year-old female Labrador with a 3-month history of alopecia, pruritis, and inappetance was diagnosed with hypothyroidism based on decreased T3 and T4 levels and increased TSH. Despite normal haematological and biochemical parameters, leukocytosis was noted. Treatment included Levothyroxine sodium, Ketoconazole shampoo, and vitamin supplements. The dog showed significant improvement within one month and complete hair regrowth after two months, returning to a euthyroid state.
