TLDR Levothyroxine treatment fully cured the young man's hypothyroid symptoms.
A young man experienced asthenia, diffuse myalgia, significant hair loss, and sinus bradycardia, with persistently high aminotransferase levels over 2 years. He was diagnosed with severe primary hypothyroidism due to autoimmune atrophic thyroiditis, leading to thyroprivic myopathy. Treatment with levothyroxine resulted in full recovery, normalization of metabolic state, and return of serum aminotransferase levels to normal.
