    A case of hypertrichosis cubiti, characterized by unusual terminal hair growth around the elbows, was reported in a six-year-old female child with a sacral cleft but otherwise normal health. The condition, which can cause aesthetic concerns and emotional distress, was managed using common hair removal techniques, including over-the-counter depilatory creams and shaving.
