    This study addresses the challenges faced by students living abroad in balancing academic responsibilities with mental, emotional, and physical health. It proposes a practical routine to help students maintain a healthy lifestyle while managing stress and time effectively. The framework was tested in a case study, resulting in a 16 kg weight loss over four months and improvements in anxiety, stress, hypertension, hair loss, and visual impairment. The study contributes to literature on social sciences and sustainable cognitive health practices for international students.
