A study conducted on nursing and social welfare students focused on their priorities and goals in student life. The results showed that students from both faculties were highly interested in practical training, specialized subjects, national qualifications, and employment in their respective professions, indicating a proactive attitude. However, there was also a sense of constraint in their awareness. The study suggested that fostering proactive and well-rounded individuals requires enhancing interpersonal relationships and improving student life satisfaction. It was considered important for future education to support students in building broad relationships, gaining confidence, and feeling recognized by others.
