A Clinical Study on the Combination of Hebai Formula Granule Wash and Minoxidil Tincture for External Use in the Treatment of Androgenic Alopecia

The study investigated the effectiveness of combining Hebai Formula Granule Lotion with 5% minoxidil tincture for treating androgenic alopecia in 60 patients. Patients were divided into two groups: one received only minoxidil, while the other received both treatments. Results showed that the combination treatment significantly improved clinical efficacy, promoted new hair growth, and reduced hair loss more effectively than minoxidil alone (P<0.05). The study concluded that this combination therapy can enhance the quality of life for patients with androgenic alopecia by improving hair growth and reducing hair loss.
