The study discussed the diagnostic classification and clinical application of traditional Korean medicine for pilosis, a condition of abnormal hair growth. It highlighted various traditional methods such as moxibustion, acupuncture, and herbal treatments, which have been used historically in Korean medicine. The study noted that pilosis was first recognized as a disease in 610 A.D. and that traditional treatments focused on both internal and external approaches. The integration of modern technology with traditional methods was suggested to enhance advancements in cosmetology.
