TLDR A rare skin condition usually found near the eyes was found on a farmer's scalp.
Three years ago, a case of Favoure Racouchot syndrome involving the scalp was reported, which was unusual as this syndrome typically affects areas around the eyes, temples, and neck. This syndrome is a solar elastotic disorder where sun exposure or radiation leads to skin damage and the development of multiple open comedones. The case involved a farmer, and the eruption was bilaterally symmetrical. However, the exact pathophysiology of the syndrome remained unclear.
