This study aimed to explore the experiences of women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) to enhance understanding, educate others, and reduce stigma associated with the condition. PCOS affected 5-10% of women and was characterized by symptoms such as irregular menstrual periods, reduced fertility, unwanted hair growth, and potential weight gain due to insulin resistance. The research focused on women's self-perception, education, and medicalization of PCOS, employing arts-informed inquiry methods like painting, interviews, and life writing to gather insights. The study highlighted the need for greater public awareness and understanding of PCOS to support affected women.
