    Feline exfoliative dermatitis is a rare skin disorder marked by diffuse scaling and alopecia, sometimes associated with thymomas. This article detailed a case involving a cat with a suspected thymoma and typical clinical lesions, including alopecia and large scales, along with significant leucocytosis and lymphocytosis. The diagnosis was confirmed through histopathology and imaging at the University of Illinois Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
