    The study investigated the effect of blood plasma enriched with platelet growth factors on the regeneration of tympanic membrane tissues in patients with acute post-traumatic perforation. It involved 43 patients, divided into a main group (24 people) receiving the treatment and a control group (19 people) undergoing natural regeneration. Results showed that the treated group experienced significantly faster and more effective closure of the tympanic membrane perforation, with improved auditory function compared to the control group. The study concluded that using enriched blood plasma positively influenced the healing rate and hearing quality in patients with tympanic membrane perforations.
