An 11-year-old Indian girl with Dermatopathia pigmentosa reticularis (DPR), a rare autosomal dominant disorder characterized by generalized reticulate hyperpigmentation, noncicatricial alopecia, and onychodystrophy, was found to have Salzmann's nodular degeneration of the cornea and moderate dry eye. She received symptomatic treatment and was advised on disease management, including sun exposure avoidance. The case highlighted the importance of considering DPR in patients with similar symptoms and recommended a multidisciplinary approach for effective management.
