TLDR The young man has complete hair loss and skin bumps, with no other health issues or family history.
A 20-year-old male experienced complete hair loss on the scalp and body since two months of age, accompanied by the development of skin-colored papules on his face and body starting at age three. These papules began on the scalp and spread over two years, showing no response to treatment. There were no associated developmental delays or other systemic symptoms, and no family history of similar conditions. Clinical examination confirmed the absence of hair across the entire body.
