    A study involving 32 children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome treated with cyclophosphamide at Fatmawati Hospital showed a remission rate of 59.4%, with an average remission duration of 14 weeks and a mean dose of 589 mg. Side effects were reported in 40.6% of patients, including vomiting (3.1%), nausea (3.1%), hair loss (6.3%), nausea and vomiting (12.5%), vomiting and hair loss (6.3%), nausea and hair loss (6.3%), and nausea, vomiting, and hair loss (3.1%).
