This narrative review highlights the diverse range of cutaneous manifestations in immunocompromised patients, including opportunistic infections, inflammatory dermatoses, primary and secondary skin neoplasms, and adverse drug reactions. The study emphasizes the importance of timely recognition of these skin lesions as they can serve as sentinel markers for disseminated infections or disease progression. An integrated dermatological approach, involving clinical suspicion, rigorous clinicopathological correlation, and interdisciplinary collaboration, is crucial for managing these patients. Training primary care physicians and specialists in early recognition of these manifestations can significantly improve patient outcomes.
