This study explores the correlation between personal-professional qualities and motivation in female municipal servants, highlighting gender differences in professional motivation. It reveals that while female municipal servants' qualities are systematically organized like those in the general sample, they exhibit unique quantitative and qualitative interrelationships. These findings emphasize the need to consider gender differences when developing strategies to enhance professional motivation, which is crucial for effective local self-government.
