Application of Combined Technique of Hair Implanter and Automatic Hair Transplant System in Hair Transplantation

    The study investigated the use of a combined technique involving a hair implanter and an automatic hair transplant system to treat baldness, low eyebrow density, and pubic hair loss. The method involved harvesting a scalp strip, creating micrografts and minigrafts, and using different tools for implantation based on the recipient area. Between October 2001 and January 2004, 56 patients, including those with male pattern hair loss, cicatricial alopecia, pubic hair loss, and sparse eyebrows, underwent this treatment. The results showed a high satisfaction rate among patients, with a graft survival rate of about 90%, indicating that the combined technique was effective in achieving good outcomes.
