This study investigated anemia symptoms in individuals with normal hemoglobin but low ferritin levels. Conducted at the Konya Beyhekim Health Application and Research Center, participants completed surveys and the Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS). The group with normal hemoglobin and low ferritin showed significantly higher rates of restless leg syndrome, dizziness, shortness of breath, and fatigue, as well as higher FSS scores, compared to those with normal hemoglobin and ferritin levels. No significant differences were found between the groups for symptoms like pica, itching, hair loss, palpitations, tinnitus, and angular cheilitis.
