TLDR Mesotherapy might help make eyebrows thicker and darker for some people.
In a pilot study conducted by Tahsin Görgülü, mesotherapy was investigated as an alternative treatment for weak and sparse eyebrows. The study included 12 patients with a mean age of 32 years, who underwent mesotherapy treatment. Results showed that 8 out of the 12 patients experienced clinically apparent thickening and darkening of eyebrow hair by day 15 post-treatment, with continued positive effects observed at the 2-month mark. The remaining 4 patients saw no change. The study concluded that mesotherapy could be a minimally invasive option to try before resorting to more invasive and irreversible methods like eyebrow transplantation and tattooing. Further research with a larger sample size and different cocktail components was suggested to better understand the benefits of mesotherapy for eyebrow enhancement.
