TLDR Scalp rolling might help regrow hair in people with a hair loss condition called Alopecia Areata.
Scalp rolling, a novel treatment approach, has shown promise as an adjuvant therapy for patients with Alopecia Areata (AA), an autoimmune disorder characterized by hair loss. This technique may promote hair regrowth through direct collagen induction and by enhancing the effectiveness of topical medications. Dermatologists are encouraged to consider scalp rolling as a safe, cost-effective, and potentially beneficial addition to standard treatments for AA.
