TLDR A woman got a skin rash from taking aceclofenac, which went away after she stopped the drug.
A 40-year-old woman developed erythema annulare centrifugum (EAC), characterized by nonpruritic, annular erythematous lesions, after taking aceclofenac for joint pain. The diagnosis was confirmed via biopsy, showing features typical of superficial EAC. The lesions resolved after discontinuing aceclofenac, suggesting a probable drug reaction. This case was notable as it was the first reported instance of aceclofenac-induced EAC.
