Symptoms include irregular menstrual cycles, acne, excessive hair growth, weight gain, and infertility. While the exact cause is unknown, genetic factors, insulin resistance, and lifestyle contribute significantly. Effective management involves early diagnosis, lifestyle changes, and tailored hormonal or metabolic therapy. The report emphasizes the importance of awareness and timely medical intervention for PCOD.
