The first case is about a woman with atypical pyoderma gangrenosum, which was treated with systemic steroids, antimicrobials, and eventually infliximab and methotrexate. The second case is about a patient with familial multiple minute digitate hyperkeratosis, which improved with low dose acitretin and topical salicylic acid. The third case is about a man with fibroosseous pseudotumor of the digit, which was treated with excision and had no recurrence after 6 months.
