Examination revealed patchy hair loss, skin induration, and reduced ankle mobility, with no systemic symptoms or varicose veins. Tests showed normal blood parameters but elevated blood sugar. Histopathology indicated scleroderma-like changes, and Doppler imaging revealed segmental thrombosis in leg veins. Treatment included heparin, aspirin, dietary changes, vitamin supplements, and compression stockings, along with leg elevation and exercise to promote collateral circulation development.
