This case report discusses the management of Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD) in a 32-year-old woman using Ayurvedic treatment and diet. The study evaluated symptoms such as gastritis, weight gain, inadequate menstrual flow, delayed menstruation, and facial hair growth over three menstrual cycles. Results showed significant improvement in symptoms like dyspepsia, facial hair growth, and weight gain with Ayurvedic medicine. The study concludes that non-invasive, low-cost Ayurvedic treatment can effectively address irregular menstruation when properly monitored.
