This case report described a 2-year-old male with congenital atrichia, characterized by total absence of hair on the scalp, eyebrows, eyelashes, and body since birth, and associated with situs inversus and mesocardia. The child, born of a consanguineous marriage, had normal developmental milestones and no other ectodermal abnormalities. Diagnostic imaging confirmed the cardiac and visceral anomalies. This was the first reported case of congenital atrichia co-occurring with situs inversus and mesocardia, and it was unclear if there was a genetic link or if it was coincidental.
