A 24-year-old woman being diagnosed with androgenic alopecia (AGA) who is scared and confused about her hair loss, and the treatment options of Minoxidil, finasteride, RU58841, spironolactone, and possibly a biopsy.
community ~5 months topical minoxidil + oral finasteride results (swipe images). Slacked with minoxidil this past month, trying to wean off anyways. My last update because I’m hopping off fin and switching to RU in a few weeks (nothing to do with fin efficacy, just experimenting).

I feel much better, and happy to have started treatment just in time. I just wish I started sooner! The dandruffy gunk you see is definitely propylene glycol from minoxidil :')
