    Bioprinting, a promising application of additive manufacturing, is extensively used in tissue engineering, drug screening, organ regeneration, and biosensing. This review highlights the principles, applications, and future perspectives of bioprinting, emphasizing recent advancements in printing techniques, bioinks, and supporting structures. Despite its potential, bioprinting faces challenges that require collaboration among researchers, engineers, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders to fully realize its capabilities. The review also presents detailed cases of bioprinting applications and discusses the challenges and future directions for the technology.
