TLDR Combining SVF and PRP speeds up wound healing.
The study demonstrated that combining stromal vascular fraction (SVF) and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) significantly accelerated wound healing in a Sprague-Dawley rat model compared to using either treatment alone. The SVF + PRP group showed faster wound closure, enhanced re-epithelialization, increased collagen deposition, and improved angiogenesis. Additionally, this group exhibited more blood vessels, hair follicles, and sebaceous glands, with faster hair growth. These findings suggested that the synergistic effects of SVF and PRP could be a promising therapeutic approach for enhancing wound healing and tissue regeneration.
