TLDR Sertoliform endometrioid carcinoma of the ovary, though rare, has a good prognosis when treated early.
Sertoliform endometrioid carcinoma (SEC) of the ovary is a rare variant of endometrioid carcinomas. This case study reports a 47-year-old premenopausal woman with androgenic symptoms, including hirsutism and male pattern alopecia, who was found to have high luteinizing hormone and testosterone levels, and a large pelvic mass in the right ovary. Following a total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, microscopy confirmed SEC. Her symptoms improved significantly post-surgery. SEC, though rare, should be considered in patients with rapidly progressing virilizing symptoms, as it is a well-differentiated, low-grade malignancy with a good prognosis when confined to the ovary.

Other users suggest various online sources for treatments, warn against self-medicating due to potential risks, and recommend seeking a specialized endocrinologist or considering additional treatments like Inositol, Berberine, and dermaneedling.
