NCOG-40: Rare Adverse Effect of Temozolomide in a 65-Year-Old Female with Glioblastoma Multiforme: A Case Report

This case report discusses a rare adverse effect of temozolomide, an antineoplastic agent used to treat glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), in a 65-year-old woman. While common side effects include nausea and alopecia, the patient developed severe bone marrow suppression, leading to aplastic anemia and her subsequent death.
