TLDR A girl with Turner syndrome had psoriasis, alopecia areata, and trachyonychia.
This document presented a case study of a 6-year-old girl with Turner syndrome who also had psoriasis, alopecia areata, and trachyonychia. Turner syndrome is a genetic disorder involving abnormalities of the X chromosome and is associated with various autoimmune and skin diseases. The study aimed to highlight the potential relationship between these conditions, as trachyonychia, characterized by an irregular opaque appearance on the nail plate, can occur idiopathically or alongside other dermatological diseases.
