The study analyzed the prevalence of thyroid disorders using ultrasound examinations in a random sample of 23 individuals. Pathological changes in the thyroid were found in 95.65% of participants, with only 4.35% showing age-appropriate norms. The most common disorders identified were chronic autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's disease) in 30.43% of cases, followed by nodular goiter and other thyroid abnormalities. The majority of participants were adults aged 21-55 years, and women constituted 95.65% of the sample. The findings confirm the frequent occurrence of thyroid diseases, particularly autoimmune processes, in the studied population.
