TLDR A mask-cream with herbal extracts was successfully developed for treating hair loss.

The study aimed to develop a mask-cream technology containing Sabal palm extract and Sophora japonica tincture for the treatment and prevention of androgenic alopecia. Various methods, including microscopy, were used to determine the optimal dispersion of oil phase particles, with the reverse emulsion method producing the best results. The optimal homogenization parameters were identified as 20 minutes at 2000 rpm. The active substances and excipients were gradually incorporated into the base, considering their physical and chemical properties. The study successfully established the technological parameters and production scheme for the mask-cream.
