TLDR The dog recovered well from skin cancer and intestinal blockage after treatment.
A 6-year-old male Labrador dog with a history of hair loss and multiple skin lumps was diagnosed with cutaneous lymphoma after presenting with generalized alopecia, lymphadenopathy, and nodule-like skin lumps. Hemato-biochemical analysis showed anemia, lymphocytosis, and hypoproteinemia. The dog was treated with the modified Wisconsin Madison protocol. By the 15th week, the dog developed a distended abdomen and constipation, diagnosed as vincristine-associated ileus. Neostigmine was administered to restore intestinal motility, leading to an uneventful recovery from both cutaneous lymphoma and ileus.
