The study evaluated Micro-autologous Fat Transplantation (MAFT) for forehead volumizing and contouring in 178 patients over 5 years, using the MAFT-GUN for precise fat delivery. The average procedure time was 52 minutes with 10.2 mL of fat transplanted. Follow-ups over 34 months showed no complications, and patient satisfaction was high, with 83.1% reporting favorable results. The study concluded that MAFT is a reliable and consistent method for forehead contouring, offering high patient satisfaction and long-term results.
