    The study developed a visible light-cured glycol chitosan hydrogel system loaded with doxorubicin⋅hydrochloride for thyroid cancer treatment, tested both in vitro and in vivo. The system showed controlled drug release, superior antitumor effects, and significant tumor volume reduction in mice, with minimal systemic toxicity. This suggested its potential for effective and safer localized chemotherapy for thyroid cancer.
