Kasus eyebrow alopesia areata yang diterapi dengan kombinasi sekretom, minoxidil 5% topikal dan kortikosteroid topikal

This case report discusses a 30-year-old Balinese male with eyebrow alopecia areata, which began after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine. The patient was treated with a combination of minoxidil 5%, secretome injection, topical corticosteroids, and vitamin D supplements. By the 19th day of treatment, hair growth was observed in the affected area. The study concludes that secretome, as part of a combination therapy for alopecia areata, yields satisfactory and rapid results.
