TLDR Botox might help hair grow, but more research is needed.
An open-label pilot study conducted in 2011 explored the use of Botulinum toxin A (BTX A) for hair growth. The study aimed to determine if BTX A, commonly used for treating wrinkles, hyperhidrosis, and headaches, could also promote hair growth. The results suggested potential benefits, but further research with larger sample sizes was needed to confirm these findings and establish efficacy and safety.
