TLDR Chemotherapy successfully treated both Hodgkin's disease and skin lesions.
A 39-year-old man with Hodgkin's disease (HD) presented with granuloma annulare (GA) skin lesions. The patient had bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy and was diagnosed with lymphocyte predominant subtype HD. Skin biopsies revealed cellular infiltration consistent with GA, but no Hodgkin or Reed-Sternberg cells were found in the skin. The patient tested positive for HTLV-1 antibody. He was treated with ABVD chemotherapy, which led to the disappearance of both HD and GA lesions after 10 courses, indicating a successful response to the treatment.
