    TLDR Finasteride tablets are stable and effective for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia.
    The study investigated the preparation and stability of finasteride tablets using a wet particle-making method. A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established to determine the content and stability of the tablets. The results showed that the chewable tablets had a smooth appearance, adequate hardness, and good stability. The study concluded that these tablets could play an important role in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia due to their reasonable formulation, simple manufacturing process, and good stability.
