    The FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar implemented a thorough anti-doping testing program, analyzing 1,612 urine and blood samples for over 400 substances. The Anti-Doping Laboratory Qatar, accredited by WADA, used advanced techniques and strict quality control measures to ensure accurate results. Notably, 622 samples underwent hGH Isoform testing, the highest for any major event, and all samples tested negative for banned substances, except for two cases of high codeine concentration, which were declared by the athletes. The testing process faced challenges like limited equipment but was successfully managed with international collaboration and expert support, ensuring the integrity of the competition.
