TLDR Laser hair removal doesn't affect thyroid hormones.
The study assessed the impact of facial hair removal using diode and Alexandrite laser systems on thyroid function in 280 women. It found no statistically significant changes in the levels of thyroid hormones (triiodothyronine, tetraiodothyronine, and thyroid-stimulating hormone), hemoglobin, or total bilirubin before and after laser treatment. The results indicated that these laser hair removal methods did not affect thyroid hormone concentrations or other measured blood parameters.
