Exploring the Physicochemical Compatibility of Minoxidil in Combination with Different Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in Ready-to-use Vehicles for Alopecia Treatment

    The study investigated the compatibility of TrichoSol™ and TrichoFoam™ as vehicles for minoxidil and other active pharmaceutical ingredients in alopecia treatments. The formulations were stable for 90-180 days at room temperature, with less than 10% degradation of APIs. No physical changes were observed, and the preservative system was effective. These vehicles are suitable for personalized alopecia treatments.
